Schoology

Dear Parents and Students,

We are excited to share that we will use Schoology as our Learning Management System (LMS) in the 2020-2021 school year. A learning management system (LMS) is an online platform that organizes and delivers e-learning programs along with storing and tracking student assignments and performance. Schoology is an integrated learning management solution that provides course management, mobile learning and support for system-wide communication. Schoology enables students, parents and teachers to engage with learning materials and the school community from the classroom and beyond.

You will have access to your Schoology account on Thursday, August 20. As a preview, students will be able to:

  • Access your Courses

  • View your Grades

  • Complete Assignments

  • Collaborate within Groups

  • Submit Assignments

  • Take Assessments

  • Receive Updates and Announcements

  • Communicate with Teachers

Students can log into their Schoology account using a Single Sign On (SSO). Meaning, students will sign into Schoology with the same password they use to sign into their Chromebook. Use the following steps to access your Schoology account:

  1.  Log in to your Chromebook

  2.  Go to “bookmarks”  and open  “Schoology”

  3.  You can also log into app.schoology.com and click on the Google icon and log in with

  your Google credentials
